Resources

A learning library connected to the courses: recommended books, psychological references, personality tests and tools for further self-awareness.

This library exists to support the courses and to give you the opportunity to keep exploring the theories and concepts introduced throughout the material. It is intentionally curated rather than exhaustive: every entry is here because it has earned its place.

Recommended Books

Carefully chosen reading on attachment, childhood, trauma, humanistic psychology and self-understanding — with honest notes on what each book asks of you.

Personality Tests

Links to recommended MBTI, Enneagram and attachment style tests — tools for reflection, never cages. Each comes with guidance on how to hold the results.

References

The theorists, models and psychological frameworks that inform the courses — from Bowlby and Ainsworth to Rogers, Winnicott and Erikson.

The library will grow alongside the courses — including resources on attachment theory, inner child work, identity development and emotional healing.
