Kayla Scott · Self-Awareness Courses
Become who you were before the world taught you to abandon yourself.
This is a space for inner work, self-awareness and psychological transformation. Through structured courses, reflective lessons and carefully selected resources, you are invited to understand the patterns that shaped you, the wounds that changed you, and the person you are becoming.

01 · The Purpose
Where becoming begins.

Most people are not living as their truest selves. They are living through survival patterns, inherited beliefs, attachment wounds, emotional defences and identities they built to be accepted, loved or safe.
The purpose of this work is to help people pause, look inward and begin the process of understanding themselves honestly. Not through shame. Not through surface-level positivity. But through awareness, language, reflection and integration.
This is where becoming begins.

Becoming
A deep self-awareness journey
Course · Coming Soon
Becoming is a deep self-awareness course designed to guide you through the inner architecture of who you are. It explores the patterns, wounds, identities, defences, attachments and beliefs that shaped your life, while helping you reconnect with the self beneath them.
This is not a course about becoming someone else.
It is a course about returning to yourself with clarity.
03 · Who This Is For
For the ones who feel there is more beneath the surface.

This work is for the person who has always felt there is more beneath the surface. The person who overthinks, feels deeply, analyses patterns, questions themselves, questions life, and longs to understand why they are the way they are.
It is for the person who has survived emotional wounds, relationship patterns, rejection, abandonment, self-betrayal or identity confusion, and is now ready to stop simply coping and start consciously becoming.
04 · The Library
A resource library for deeper learning.

Alongside the courses, you will find a growing library of recommended books, psychological references and personality tests. These resources support the course material and give you the opportunity to keep exploring the theories and concepts introduced throughout the work.
