About
I am Kayla Scott.
My work is centred around self-awareness, emotional depth, introspection and the process of becoming.

01 · The Beginning
An obsession with understanding.
For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to understanding people. Not only what they do, but why they do it. What shaped them. What wounded them. What protected them. What made them become who they are.
This work was born out of that obsession with understanding. It is rooted in the belief that when we can name our patterns, understand our wounds and see ourselves clearly, we begin to reclaim authorship over our lives.
02 · The Philosophy
Healing begins with awareness.
I do not believe healing happens through shallow positivity or forced reinvention. I believe healing begins with awareness. With the courage to look honestly at the self. With the willingness to understand the child we were, the defences we built, the relationships that shaped us, and the identities we adopted to survive.
The work I create is designed to help people think deeply, feel honestly and reconnect with the parts of themselves they may have abandoned in order to be loved, accepted or safe.
When we can see ourselves clearly, we begin to reclaim authorship over our lives.
03 · Why Courses
Structure for the inner work.
Courses allow this work to be structured. They allow complex psychological and emotional concepts to be broken down into lessons, reflections, exercises and frameworks that people can move through at their own pace.
The aim is not to overwhelm people with theory. The aim is to take meaningful psychological concepts and translate them into personal insight, emotional language and practical self-understanding.
